Jeff grew up in Sydney, Australia, and, after recent travels, has come back to re-engage with this beautiful city. He holds both an undergraduate and a Master of Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), and is completing a practice-based PhD at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), with a focus on architecture and urban theory.
Throughout his career, Jeff has gained diverse experience in residential, multiresidential, education, aged care, tourism, and urban masterplanning projects. He has received several professional accolades, including the prestigious Registration Board of Architects' Byera Hadley Traveling Scholarship, for which he submitted his research report this year. Additionally, Jeff was part of the Opera House' Multidisciplinary Australian Danish Exchange (MADE), an achievement from his student years.
Jeff is passionate about the intersection of architecture, urban theory, and social equity. His PhD research explores how cities and the projects within them can offer equitable, self-determining futures for diverse communities. He is also committed to achieving full registration as an architect and is eager to gain a broad range of experiences to realize this goal.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys a variety of hobbies, including miniature model making, tabletop wargaming, retro video games, and building unique projects, such as a roll-out bed with a platform and desk, which he created in his last apartment.
