DANIEL STUKEL BEASLY
Architect & Director

B. Arch (Hons 1) UNSW RAIA

Daniel is a registered architect with extensive professional experience across commercial, residential and cultural buildings. A graduate from UNSW with first class honours in 2005, he joined PTW Architects to work on the major extension to the National Gallery of Australia, including the permanent artwork by the USA artist James Turrell. Whilst at PTW Architects, he also worked on master planning, townhouse and multi-residential apartment design as a Project Architect.

In 2011 at age 30 he started private practice with Stukel Architecture Pty Ltd formally commencing in 2020. His approach focuses strongly on conceptual and material integrity to design work that has enduring function and significance. A common theme in his work includes the science and control of natural/artificial light using the sculptural play of built form. In parallel with private practice Daniel is a regular academic at UTS, School of Architecture (since 2012).

Daniel has found boxing is the ideal complement to Architecture, and is his preferred method of letting off steam!
